GSX-R1000 SUPER SPORTS

Suzuki's flagship has gained more firepower and manovoeurability for 2003. In 2002 it proved its crushing superiority on racetracks around the world, and in 2003 that's just the starting point. From stacked headlights to the trick LED tail-light, it's all been revised upwards. New triple-section frame ensures an even better overall balance behind the new black coating. The 998cc engine gains improved engine management and fuel injection while other changes save even more weight. Radial-mounted front discs are yet another racetrack reminder.

SV1000S SUPER SPORTS

The new SV1000(S) is all about big V-twin enjoyment. It's a sophisticated machine with all the basic elements on show - engine, chassis and wheels. The aluminium-alloy chassis features new technology to die-cast the main frame spars for less weight and total control of rigidity. The 90-degree V-twin engine also houses the latest technology, enhanced by Suzuki Dual throttle Valve (SDTV) digital fuel-injection. Add the half-fairing, chin fairing under the engine and a more sporty riding position and the SV1000S is ready - it looks right, sounds right and feels right.
